Personal and Driving Requirements
Customers must present a driving licence valid for at least one year, a passport, a registered permanent address and address in Bulgaria. The required minimum age is 21 years.

Third Party Liability
The rented vehicle is covered for third party liability in accordance with Bulgarian law.

Loss & Damage Waiver
The charge is included in the rates and limits the responsibility of the Renter in case of damage or theft up to 250 Euro for car groups EDMN, EDMR, CDMR, IDMR, IDAR; 400 Euro for car groups SDMR, FDMR, FDAR, SFMR; 600 Euro for car groups PDMR, PDAR, SVMR, XFAR. It does not cover only damages underneath the vehicle and all removable parts.

Super Loss & Damage Waiver
An additional charge of 5 Euro per day for groups EDMN, EDMR, CDMR, IDMR, IDAR; 8 Euro per day for groups SDMR, FDMR, FDAR, SFMR; 12 Euro per day for groups PDMR, PDAR, SVMR, XFAR covers completely the renter’s liability. It does not cover only damages underneath the vehicle and all removable parts.

One Way Rentals
This option is available only upon request at time of booking. The charge is 50 Euro for any location in Bulgaria.

Collection/Delivery Service
Collection/Delivery Service is free of charge within the city limits of Sofia and Varna. Delay over 1 hour is charged 10 Euro per hour. Delivery between 20:00 and 08:00 costs 10 Euro.

Additional Driver Surcharge
3 Euro,-per day irrespective of the number of drivers.

Gasoline and Refuelling Charge
Gasoline consumption is payable by the Renter. The missing fuel is charged 1 Euro,-per litre at the end of the rental.

We welcome the following charge and credit cards: EuroCard/MasterCard, VISA, AMEX.

Additional Equipment
Baby seats, racks, ski racks, roof racks, winter tires and snow chains are free of charge.
